Surveys & Consultation

This is one of the most important aspects of customer service. Our experienced project managers design wayfinding schemes from an initial customer brief and will propose a sign schedule created from plans or from a site survey as appropriate. Visuals are prepared to show the sign family and a description of fixing methods accompanies the location plans indicating each sign position.

Where beneficial to the customer, project managers are happy to be part of a steering committee when reviewing signage over a period of time.

For many customers we remove signage problems and will take the action necessary when departments change and move.

Part of our commitment is the optional provision of a signage compendium, prepared specifically for their needs ensuring future compatibility of design.
